On paper, I’ve considered an ACC Tournament championship “between” a Sweet 16 and Elite Eight (I considered an old Big East championship between an Elite Eight and Final Four). Yet for some reason, I’d have UNC ahead in this case. Maybe because it was our first conference championship, or because we did it essentially on the road against a blueblood (combined with Wichita State only being a #7 seed and not a traditional power).
