Kudos to Jack on getting this done, and welcome Micah Shrewsberry to the family.

It sure looks as though we got a high character coach who has earned the respect and admiration of his players, his peers in the coaching community, and even the pros. The heartfelt praise coming from a player like Jaylen Brown, who was struggling to find his place in NBA in his first few years, means a lot.

And money issues aside, the fact that he’s coming has to be a sign that our campus leadership has agreed to some degree of greater flexibility or consideration with regard to transfers, by-the-book admission standards, etc.
