to coach the young team. I know he wants to take a year off but that is huge even for the NBA. Lots of young talent in Detroit. I'd like to think someone like Monty Williams could get them to the playoffs in 2 years.

P.S. Would he not be the highest paid ND alum as coach in any sport at any level? I have to believe that would be the case.
