refs in the habit of calling more blocks on drives that don't involve the offensive player going airborne. The other minor rule changes seem fine to me as well, though I do hope the experimental one of adding a 5th media timeout in the second half doesn't become an actual change. The flow of the game is already impacted at the end of close games, having media timeouts only three minutes apart throughout most of the second half will make the entire second half too choppy. One of the beauties of college hoops is that for the most part you can count on a game ending in around two hours, don't mess with that.
