The main takeaway is that Ohtani games need to be on national television as much as possible. The second takeaway is that MLB needs to do better with apparel. I can get whatever US stuff I want, but other than an Ohtani shirt, there's not much out there for other countries.

I've actually enjoyed waking up at 6:00 to watch the morning games earlier in the tournament. It helps that 19 Cardinals were on different teams.

Lastly, Mark DeRosa is proving that talent can overcome managing.
