they should make penalties like those red-flag reviewable. Slow down the game? Hell, yes. So....get it right.

I don't know how you could execute reviewable penalties. I'm sure a penalty occurs on nearly every play.

What I thought was hilarious was that the announcers couldn't figure out what La Fleur was pissed about......
