A quibble with the most recent Better Call Saul by volley

Did anyone else have a problem with the scene where Nacho and Arturo are picking up the drugs from Fring's people and demand the extra kilo? Did they really think they could bend them to their will and start calling the shots just by pulling a gun? Nacho in particular seems savvy enough to know that you can't strong arm Gus Fring, especially with Hector weakened.

The whole thing was based on a naivety that didn't seem plausible. Or am I missing a deeper meaning?
