• Please do not copy entire articles into your post; rather, provide links to them.. We are now links-only for ALL Internet publications. If only a small portion of the article pertains to your post, Fair Use allows you to copy those one or two paragraphs, provided you cite the author's name and the publication for which he writes. Otherwise, put a link in the HTTP Link box.
• Even if you're copying a reference to an article, provide a link to the page from which the article came. We're trying to cut down on duplicate topics, and the posting process will check the link to your article to see if it's already being discussed on this board. At the very least, you'll save yourself some grief on the boards.
• If your first reaction after reading the article you're going to share is the author is uninformed / stupid / a jerk / all of the above, it's not worth sharing with anyone. Ali Wester pinch ran again. The announcers made it sound like she is recovering from an injury, but they did not say what. Obviously she can run, so I don’t know what the issue is. They did say that she led the team in batting average last year. They made it sound like she is recovering from something. It looks to me like we could really use her in the outfield. I wonder if she has an arm problem?

Holloway hit a bit of a control issue in the fourth inning and ASU scored two more runs. So it’s 4-1 right now. Our sole run came on a solo HR by Brooks. Then Abby Sweet followed with a double off the wall, but we couldn’t score her. Our hitters are still a bit late against this pitcher. We need to adjust, and it looks to me like we can.

I’m still impressed with Holloway. She mixes speed and location really well, and she has a great low drop ball and a fantastic change up.
