KK Bransford Invited to U.S.A. U-18 Trials by dillon77

Tip of the hat to UConnCat over at The Boneyard for initially posting this.

On May 24th, USA Basketball today announced 31 athletes expected to participate at the 2022 USA Basketball WU18 National Team trials at the U.S. Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs. Trials begin May 31 with the 12-member team expected to be announced June 3, with competition at the 2022 FIBA U18 Women’s Americas Championship in Buenos Aires from June 13-19.

Players from the classes of 2022 and 2023 were selected to try out. You'll see lots of familiar names on the attached release.

Good opportunity to train and compete with your peers on the national level. And, if you make the team, got to think it does wonders for your confidence heading into the college ranks, as it seemingly did for Sonia Citron off her stint at the 2019 u-19 World Cup championships.

Good luck, KK!
