Life is quirky…exhibit A by BabaGhanouj

CharlieBBall is no longer with us (shame, for whatever he did), but his legacy lives on in this strangely quirky and, for us, satisfying post he made on the Boneyard on Oct. 16, 2016. He was posting some tweets by Charli Collier, Anaya Peoples, and Samantha Brunelle after all three met at a UConn hosted recruiting event.

Note that it was immediately after this meeting at UConn that Sam was offered a scholarship.

Here is what CharlieBBall posted. Apparently he cut and pasted tweets from the girls. Although it is poorly formatted, the irony is pretty clear. Not only did UConn not get any of the three girls (Don't worry, they ended up in fine shape with Christyn Williams and Olivia Nelson-Ododa), but also introduced Sam to Anaya! A fortuitous meeting that will, hopefully, loom large in the years to come.

We will be ever thankful to Geno and UConn recruiting.
