Important notes on articles:

• Please do not copy entire articles into your post; rather, provide links to them.. We are now links-only for ALL Internet publications. If only a small portion of the article pertains to your post, Fair Use allows you to copy those one or two paragraphs, provided you cite the author's name and the publication for which he writes. Otherwise, put a link in the HTTP Link box.
• Even if you're copying a reference to an article, provide a link to the page from which the article came. We're trying to cut down on duplicate topics, and the posting process will check the link to your article to see if it's already being discussed on this board. At the very least, you'll save yourself some grief on the boards.
• If your first reaction after reading the article you're going to share is the author is uninformed / stupid / a jerk / all of the above, it's not worth sharing with anyone. Not every article needs to be discussed. The more the hair-pulling articles are discussed (e.g. ESPN Page 2), the more the authors will write hair-pulling articles.

K-Mac, Gaither and Batteast were all close, but what I remember more clearly (because I got to see more of the games via internet) is K-Mac banging down clutch shot after clutch shot (which I'm sure the other two did, too).

I revert back to our "who should have their jersey retired next?" discussion and my first and strongest thought was for Ms. Gaither, so she'd be the fifth member of this group.

Wish Jewell had played the fourth year; otherwise, she'd undoubtedly be on the first team (and maybe even the four).

As for current players, agree that some of them may still appear.
And I'll suggest that if Jessica Shepard had spent all her career here, she'd be in this mix, too.

As for the "four": I just read an article on Olympic 3 x 3 and we discuss 5 on 5 all the time. How did the author come up with 4?

And this "ignore" thing is weird...how do you ignore someone on the board? Does it wipe out your posts into the ether-world? To quote someone from the past, How Ruuude!!!
