WNBA Salaries by hempfield75

I really feels for these woman. It is just not right what these women have
to go through to see their dreams come true.

...I live near Seattle. You can not live there on 56,000 a years. Subtract
union dues, agents, taxes, other dues. She will clear half of that.

...To go about 8,000 miles or so away in places that language, culture,
family separation, fatigue just to name a few sacrifices that are made
just to play the game they love. Some of the places they play are not
real big fan of the U.S. and have serious political and safety issues.

...NBA players are spoiled big brats. Their salaries are off the wall.
Most do not know the meaning of the TEAM. They are about ME.

...The women are barely over minimum wages for a professional athlete.
So who is making the money. NBA selfish players and owners. It is off the
wall nuts, that management would argue about increasing player salaries.
I know, it might take away some of the millions they could give to them-
selves and NBA players.

...Talk about out sourcing. Now we are out sourcing our most precious
source, a human being. Just is not right.

...Nothing against Jackies decision to forgo her final year. But in the
long run, is it worth it.How much can she take playing basketball year
round with little to no break.

...I hope these women take a serious stand on this new collective
bargaom agreement. Do no settle for nickles and dimes. The owners are
not losing money or they would not have a WNBA.

...Wilson just signed a contract her in Seattle for over 35 million a YEAR.
That is just for 16 games. Brianna Stewart, the best womens BB player
is just over 56,000 for over 30 games. There are a lot of zeroes missing
from BS is salary. At least in the WNBA they know how to spell the word
TEAM.

...I do not follow pro sports like I use to. Salaries, behavior, attitude,
and TEAM are just a few of the reason I pay little attention to pro
sports. I am quite happy with my college sports.

Thanks
