She's Now The 3rd Leading Scorer in the WNBA This Year by dillon77

..at 18.1 ppg.

Fans of Napheesa Collier point to Collier helping Minnesota get into the playoffs and her all-round game (particuarly her shooting percentage). However, Minnesota and Collier has Sylvia Fowles and Odyssey Sims as the first and second options.

Arike, without Sklyar and MoJeff and the departure of Cambage to Las Vegas, is often Option A, B or C. To paraphrase the great Elena Della Donne, Arike has them winning or being close in games and can score from anywhere.

What's that now, three 30-point games? Hard to argue with her overall improvement throughout the year. BTW, keep an eye on McCowan in Indy, who is also coming on. Due to that, I can see Natalie Achonwa either switching to power forward next year or going to another team.

Now that most WBB fans can see Arike day-in, day-out they're starting to understand how she's something of a force of nature.
