• Please do not copy entire articles into your post; rather, provide links to them.. We are now links-only for ALL Internet publications. If only a small portion of the article pertains to your post, Fair Use allows you to copy those one or two paragraphs, provided you cite the author's name and the publication for which he writes. Otherwise, put a link in the HTTP Link box.
• Even if you're copying a reference to an article, provide a link to the page from which the article came. We're trying to cut down on duplicate topics, and the posting process will check the link to your article to see if it's already being discussed on this board. At the very least, you'll save yourself some grief on the boards.
• If your first reaction after reading the article you're going to share is the author is uninformed / stupid / a jerk / all of the above, it's not worth sharing with anyone. One note on Ratay as a shooter - 3 point line was 1' closer by NDoggie78

She was still a great shooter, but her all-time 3 point percentage would surely be a little lower if she wasn't shooting at 19'-9".

And Mabrey and others would surely have a higher percentage from that shorter distance.

I like Alicia, but she was never considered an AA for her defense. Marina makes that third team on her tenacity and all-round play. Plus she was required to play point guard, so add versatility to her scorecard. And clutch in big games.

Any configuration of Jackie, Jewell, or K-Mac for that last 1st team position can be argued and I am OK with any of them there (as long as the other two are on the 2nd team). Maybe Lou S's determining factor was that Jackie won a championship and played in another. Being the #1 pick in the WNBA draft says something too (of course Jewell can say that, as well)
