If only a small portion of the article pertains to your post, Fair Use allows you to copy those one or two paragraphs, provided you cite the author's name and the publication for which he writes. Otherwise, put a link in the HTTP Link box.
• Even if you're copying a reference to an article, provide a link to the page from which the article came. We're trying to cut down on duplicate topics, and the posting process will check the link to your article to see if it's already being discussed on this board. Which is what makes that other 5% so ridiculous. It’s a sport that requires brilliance (or complete stupidity) to accomplish something meaningful. There is no short-term reward for doing ok

I think Americans don’t have the patience to enjoy the 95% and then fully appreciate the 5%

I don’t know why...all the other cultures get it. But we seem to like consistency and organized predictability. I honestly can’t think of a more predictable Sport in the world than baseball. And football is far more structured than rugby. Basketball doesn’t require brilliance to score or defend. These are our sports and I think this is one of the key distinctions between them and soccer.
