Sorry for the late reply. Briefly--yes... by ewillND

First, there is a permanent memorial to the victims of the attack at Olympiapark, and I know that it is well-visited. I was there last week with a number of other people.

This year has been a long, ongoing celebration and remembrance of the 50 year anniversary of the Games. That has included recognizing some of the positive (the "Roofs Festival" and the "Superbloom" Music Festival, which have recognized innovations in architecture and diversity of events), as well as ceremonies like the one that will take place tomorrow, when families of the victims have been invited back to commemorate the 50th anniversary on the date.

Is it perfect? No, of course not. And there is a lot of discussion going on right now as to what is appropriate in terms of commemoration. But it isn't being ignored.
