Played football and golf and wrestled in high school. Used to be a good golfer but then I graduated and couldn't play every day from March through October. Played catcher on Morrissey baseball team that won an interhall championship with only 3 wins (1 by forfeit).
Sartorial Style:
Golf shirts and khakis whenever possible. After 10 years in public accounting only wear a suit and tie when absolutely necessary.
Favorite Beverage and Consumption Freq:
Tanqueray & tonic. Much less now than I did at ND.
Political Philosophy:
Conservative, generally Republican, but I have voted for Chicago Democrats out of necessity.
Religious Philosophy:
Roman Catholic. Other than kindergarten, have never attended a public school.
Musical Favorites:
Springsteen - concert at ND in the late 70's is still the best performance I have ever seen.
Favorite Quote from an ND Coach:
"That's not a happy memory." - Ara Parseghian after I told him that I decided that I wanted to go to ND at the end of the 1964 USC game. We're both still upset about that loss.
