Miscellaneous Data: | .......Two kids who are alums, brewcitydomer and Beer30Light and a third who went to a university where they currently care more about the students than Notre Dame did with my kids (shame on Notre Dame)............ I like C.S. Lewis, Stephen Ambrose and like to read US History thanks to Fr. Blantz. I treasure my Notre Dame years, think often about the wonderful friendships I made, reflect on how I grew emotionally, but I have trouble with the university leadership. It has been discovered that with a dull urban population, all formed under a mechanical system of State education, a suggestion or command, however senseless and unreasoned, will be obeyed if it be sufficiently repeated.” ― Hilaire Belloc, |
