Height:  6' Weight:  180 lbs. Alumni Status:  2001
Location:  Favorite Baseball Team:  Rangers, Dodgers
Natural Enemies:  Greater white egret

Athletic Ability: Hardly a speck of athletic ability

Sartorial Style:

Favorite Beverage and Consumption Freq: Cerveza of most brands, esp. Newcastle or Samuel Smith's Taddy Porter. Also drink Coors light on game days. Gin and tonic, bourbon and water. None of the above are consumed with enough frequency, thanks to my schedule.

Political Philosophy: Either a left-leaning republican or a right-leaning democrat. I'm young, so my political philosophy is still in progress. I believe strongly in the Constitution as both an abstraction and as the living heart of our government. I do feel that we should be responsible for those in our society who are less fortunate, but often disagree with the manner of execution. I also don't appreciate having my money taken from me, so you can see that I'm conflicted on social welfare. Anti-death penalty, conflicted on abortion, anti-socialized medicine, anti-"legislating morality", especially as it relates to the more intimate lives of our citizens. Voted for Bush in the last election, but am frequently embarrassed by him now. Drive a truck but feel guilty about it sometimes.

Religious Philosophy: Non-Catholic. Believing, practicing Anglican, who still is searching for the Truth, in which I firmly believe in all realms of living. Don't ask me about the gay bishop thing. It's been talked out.

Musical Favorites: Not turned off by much music. In my CD player now: Stones, Dwight Yoakam, U2, Tool, Radiohead. Also a big fan of classical (especially Romantic piano and Beethoven's later quartets and symphonies) and jazz (of the cool variety,50s-60s Miles and Coltrane)

Favorite Quote from an ND Coach: "(inaudible)" - TDGII

Miscellaneous Data: 4th year med student in Texas.
