High school letter winner in football, basketball, and track. Since 2005, I've run more than 40 marathons, with a PR of 2:41:34 at the 2014 Boston Marathon, and more than a half dozen ultramarathons from 50k to 100 miles.

Favorite Beverage and Consumption Freq: Dear, I hear that beer flows through the faucets all night long...

Beer: Microbrews, including our local STL stars, sours, New England and West Coast IPAs, and whatever I'm pouring on my tap--as frequently as I well please.

Wine: Red wine - mostly cab, syrah, and pinot - a couple bottles a week.

Other: Vodka tonics if it's an open bar with good vodka and bad wine.
