It looks at the draft eligible players that year for the school and ignores juniors who didn't drvaler and freshmen and sophomores. Admittedly adding the eventual draft selection "points" for those players doesn't work either, since they may have had limited playing time and/or improve the next years(s). Also the distorted draft selection method (QB high and RB low are two prime examples) isn't a true measure of a College team's talent.
