All past transfers with the exception of Obinma had announced commitments by this time in previous years.

I think we're at the point where we just have to accept someone who may not be the best fit athletically or talent wise but someone who meets the academic qualifications.

And can just be an extra body to spell our bigs.

Otherwise Cass or another player will have to guard the 4s and 5s at some point. I realize many on the board value quality over quantity, but if another injury bug hits us, we don't want to be in danger of not having enough players.

(Also I think Dara committed to transfer to ND in June 2020 but that was during COVID before the May 1 deadline was in place)
