when so many teams - good teams with good, stable coaching situations - have massive turnover. I am all for letting people out of their commitments when coaches leave. No problem when people transfer once - especially grad transfer. But transferring 2 and 3 and even 4X is insane. Not just for the school but for the athlete.

Let no one forget that the most successful player ever in terms of TV and NIL was Caitlyn Clark, who stayed 4 years at one school and was a real student. And South Carolina has been very quiet.

I am glad ND has been quiet. I think max one - would take no more than one (ideally a front court grad transfer with one year eligibility). I won't shed a tear for any school that has lots of transfer activity and does poorly.
