Such incredibly stupid behavior by the DA. I had high hopes that this case might be the one that brought him down.

Even I as a non-attorney know that a case doesn’t depend on who the prosecutor is who brought the charges. It could get delayed, but it won’t go away. Even if she resigns as Fulton County DA, her successor almost certainly will be a Democrat.
The case will survive if she gets DQ'd *
