Paul Bako and Mike Matheny. 12 and 13 years respectively, both with negative career WAR. Matheny was a fair to middlin' manager though. Phil Roof, 15 years, 3.2 career WAR. Duffy Duyer. 14 seasons, 3.7 career WAR. Seems like catcher would be the position to dominate the Hall. Easier to stick around because a cheap back-up that can fill in 20 times a year would be a way to stick around The Show for a long time.
