University of Saint Katherine in San Diego. Yes - very small, Christian. But against students shocked.

Remember that ALL these schools are eligible to participate in Title IV funds. There is a rule that no more than 90% of their revenue can come from government money. But think about that...up to 90%! Sadly they were a legit Minority Serving Institution (designation based on percent minorities that attend).
