in order to purchase apps. I don't know if it would work, because I have never set it. I don't know if it would require the password for free apps, either.

I do apologize if what I am describing is exactly what you are saying is easy to circumvent.


Instagram is free so it doesn't require a purchase. 8^( *

I use Norton App Lock

It locks down the settings as well as any app you want to password protect.
