Due to sleep deprivation.

Also, the lost hour of driving is a very low traffic time in the very early am.

So i’d bet you there are overall more accidents on leap forward day.

Basically it said most days are sililar but that one is only 23 hours.

The only national holidays that are always the same day are Christmas and New Years (I think) so I’ll vote for one of those
