How and when I turned would not have mattered. They waited a minute to follow me down the alley. Thought I linked to the article but they are suspects in same sort of hits in buck town last week.

The ride from target to my garage is around 5 minutes. They had just hit someone 1/4 mile in the opposite direction. Just bad luck. There wasn't even a need to go make the pick up at target.
