Both areas I considered buying in. We will have to figure out what we're doing for the long run. We have a former neighbor who just built on burling next to Oz. There was a shooting there two weeks ago during a memorial for a guy killed on Hudson.

We need a change of leadership in this city but at this point I'm not sure I want to invest anything else here. My main problem is I looked at other towns and there is no where else I want to live and I"m kind of stuck in Chicagoland.
