The story on official ND athletics site doesn't say if they have chosen to leave. Certainly implies they will, but it doesn't say if they will definitely leave or if they've already signed. Does it come down to how much the drafting teams offer ($$$)?

The draft picks are slotted now, so they have a good idea of the signing bonus for their picks.
