At the combine, why don’t they make them run the 40 in at least a helmet and pads?
Wouldn’t that be better assessment of their true “football speed”?
I’m assuming there are some real track stars that really may not run well in full uniform.

it doesn't really matter what they do it in. At least that is the way I see it.

that they don't want to provide that stuff to the players and that making players bring their own gear is probably not a good deal either.
