During my 4 years we were 20 -20, followed next three years by 12 - 17. I envy those who were here for Ara, Dan, Lou. I am amazed that despite the uneven playing fields of player and coach recruiting we do as well as we have. But my perspective is an abyss from those who are so disappointed with present situation. I can't see how we could/would attract a coach as competitive as Ala, OSU, Clem. and a few others. But I (we) continue to come to the games and will likely continue to do so. The several generations of Irish in our family grumble a lot keep renewing season tickets and going to games and bowls.
