Possibly nitpicky question about meeting with players

From the transcript:

"Q. A year ago you sort of changed your off-season. Coming into the workouts in the morning. Did you keep up with that? Did you change anything from the changes you made last year?
BRIAN KELLY: (stuff deleted)... I'll do an inventory and one-on-one interviews with our players after the spring, instead of when I did them in December. So I think that's probably the only change."

Is there no utility in meeting individually with each player both after the season and then again after the Spring? Is there simply no time for a head coach to do such a thing? It would seem like a useful process for coach and player to discuss at the end of the season what happened and why, and what the goals might be in the offseason training, and then again after Spring before they leave campus, but it is very possible I simply don't understand the time constraints.

I assume

The position coaches will be responsible for setting goals in the Spring.

The S&C guys run the off season, set goals, etc.

On the list of things I worry about with Kelly, this is low on the list.
