And not any more than in game situations.

OK drill was always much more about technique up front and wrapping up by the tackler, head across the bow type stuff. Sure it is aggressive, and shouldn’t be done before college in my opinion, but is perfectly fine for the NFL

I lost a season to a knee injury from the OK drill. But it was a freak thing, bad tackle, knee twisting type stuff, in a tight space.
