reason to stay on scholarship if you are no longer on the team? I'm not aware of one.

for a recruited scholarship player to leave the team, stay on scholarship, and not count against the limit of 85.

Does that mean ND has to file paperwork

with the NCAA, reports from Team MD's, Trainers, etc or players personal MD's/Trainers to get the Medical Waiver?
