They’ll say all packages are non-refundable and provide a generous service to all their loyal customers by taking off the ticket price of the now cancelled game and a portion of whatever cost they baked in for a shitty tailgate party they were throwing.

They’ll then have about 1 bus full of customers cancel their non refundable packages and AT will get refunds from the hotels on those rooms and bus and tour costs.

Sure they’ll piss off some people but since when do they care about their brand or customer service? They’d fucking love it
