Realize discussed many times but please help clarify

Suppose, if (and I realize that's a big/worrisome/undesired if) we were to become a full member of ACC how many non-conference games could we schedule, and could this include the annual Stanford/USC games? Would the NBC contract be somehow affected - at least from a revenue standpoint?

Or are all these details negotiable?
