Any 1-loss team that beats Clemson in the ACC title game will get into the CFP whether it's 2020 or any other year.

That's hypothetical of course. To borrow a Bruno-ism, when we play Clemson they could fill the endzone with AIDS needles and we'll still come out of that game as healthy as AC Green. We appear to lack the athleticism at offensive skill positions that the 2015 ND team had when they put up points against Clemson.
