Here he discusses his move from WR to DB as had Lyght moved from WR to DB, and Smagala, Francisco, and Southall had moved from RB to DB.

When people suggest we can’t recruit the ‘88 types anymore, I think of Terrell and his choosing ND over Air Force. After the NFL, he followed his dream and went on to be a commercial airline pilot. The typical ND student should hope to be as successful in life as the players from back then.
