Oregon

Early bracket forecasts have us in the bracket with Oregon. What a game that would be.
ionescue now holds the career record for the most triple doubles (for both men and women) and she is only a Junior, although she may not stay for her Senior year. She is an exciting player who is a lot of fun to watch. Hoping that we do have the opportunity to play Oregon in the tournament.

Me too. I think the distance can clear their heads and help

them focus better.

Would've loved to see them in Chicago cuz I just bought tickets, but I'll still enjoy my hometown Marquette, hoping they upset Baylor.

Don't book any flights based on what Charlie Creme is saying

in early February. There'll be plenty of shuffling before things are settled.

So a rematch with Oregon, not very original?

And at a neutral site?

ND will be in Chicago as a #2 Seed.

Charlie Creme is really pretty accurate, but time and again the Selection Committee puts ND in an area where they draw fans. It will be no different this year. And effectively, I don’t see much difference if we end up a #2 Seed against Baylor as opposed to a 1 Seed.

I agree with this post,

but ND could be the #1 if Baylor loses.

But I don't think that Marquette or Stanford will be a 2 seed. We beat Marquette at their place, soundly, so if anything they would be shipped out west. That will also guarantee that Oregon makes the Final 4 which the committee wants to happen.

Finally, there is no way in heck that they leave Tennessee out! Probably should be, but they will need to play themselves out.

AGREE??

Agree. Stanford will be a #3.

And I sure hope we avoid them.
Van Derveer is right up there with Muffet and Geno in my book.
