A number of the posters who are SC fans who post on the Boneyard say that Dawn is a coach who is very magnetic and real to high school players. And she stays that way once you get there, but she is a tough, no-nonsense disciplinarian (her rules).

It's probably one reason what she's in the transfer market, too.
