However, that gets down to the reason for the awarding the scholarship. Was it to reward the dedication both on the court and off that Katie has brought to the team?

And while, IMHO, has the most talent of the three walk-ons on the NC team, the irony is that she may have had more of a chance to play as a non-scholarship walk-on in 2017-18 than as a scholarship player in 2019-20. Think of all those guards: Anaya P., Katlyn G., Abby P., Destinee W. And it gets crazier in 2020 with Alli C. and hopefully more.

So, longer way of saying I agree...don't think this will be an issue in 2020. However, I do hope the recuperation continues to go well and would love to see that kind of push jumper back on the court. Plus, she has a knack at being in the right place at the right time. That's a talent.
