As to "why Oregon?": Seems Ms. Prince is visiting all the 2019 Final Four teams, save Baylor, the one in-state team. When you look at the rosters, she probably knows a lot of the players (current or committed) from various all-star teams and/or national team trials/stints.

And gosh knows she's covering her bases geographically: one school each from the east, midwest and west.
