And right now Megan is getting that HC experience. Nielle being an NBA assistant has positives and negatives. Megan would get my vote for HC right now, but it might change 2 or 3 years down the line.

For me, no HC experience is a non starter *

Niele leaving for the NBA tells me she is not interested in being the ND WBB head coach. If she wants that job she should have taken a HC job in women's BB. Maybe she wants to be the first woman HC in the NBA. In which case I will never get to watch her because I can't watch that.
