If Carol were leaving, none of the remaining coaches have played underneath and therefore probably wouldn't be considered expert at coaching those positions.

Whoever is leaving, I hope it was their decision and leaving on their own volition. I know it is a business, but this staff has served well both as coaches, and some, as players at ND
