I could see top teams buying up contracts or loans basically for one game from teams that need to sell and are already out.

Then again, maybe this is a net-win for everyone, but I could see rich clubs like Chelsea and Real just dumping money to basically win 1 game. I haven't heard of it as a problem in the past but perhaps it was a head-ache for some teams who legit had a trade in the works.

4th sub in extra time is smart to allow for further injuries and avoid exhaustion!

4th sub also favors teams with depth

Which I'm fine with when it comes to CL.
