More to do with what they did on the back-end to comply with FFP to show enough revenue and proper books, which is problematic.

Bayern spends a shitton of money, too, but the books are straight.

This is going to hit PSG next.

They already hit AC Milan with a ban, but they made it clear cases can be reopened if new information is found.

PSG's numbers have never seemed to add up and they are already barely skating by the same penalty after a warning from UEFA.
