The scoring link says which seemed the same before the women's finals:
1.ND 188
2 Princeton 175
3.Columbia 156
4.Harvard 134

The individual championship bouts don't affect team score.

The team score is based on the total wins during the round robin competition. That's why qualifying 12 fencers is important.
