Javon Small. Point guard, leading scorer for East Carolina last season, and he's a South Bend kid.

He wound up at Oklahoma State.

anyone know why we didn't make a push for him? Admissions comes to mind as one possibility, although I have no idea and don't really want to speculate.

Not casting any aspersions on the player, but it seems very unlikely someone could accrue two years of East Carolina credits and get very far trying to transfer to Notre Dame.
